When Maria first walked into Hammer Fitness [located at 21 Progress Ave unit #7 Toronto Ontario] she wanted to change. She started working with head coach Amer The Hammer [left] only 16 weeks ago. In this short time, she’s made impeccable changes in reducing cellulite from behind the legs and in the butt.

 

How?

 

We place a large emphasis on resistance training. The mistake many people make when it comes to fat loss, especially stubborn fat loss behind the legs is that they focus their efforts on doing lots of cardio, including bootcamp classes such as F45 or Orange Theory. While these classes are great for the average gym goer, they are not specific enough for your goals. Especially if you are wanting to burn fat behind your legs that seems to be stubborn.

If you want to tighten your butt and back of your legs you need to focus on getting the muscle to push toward the skin so that the skin tightens and that area has no lose skin, along with a reduction in body fat.
